D-Link covr can be configured easily using the D-Link Wi-Fi app or manually using web interface default address http://covr.local.

To set up your D-Link Covr Router using the web address http://covr.local, follow these steps:

1. Connect to the COVR Router: Ensure your COVR router (point A) is powered on and connected to your modem or gateway via an Ethernet cable. If this is your first setup, note that you can only set up the system wirelessly for some models like the COVR-C1203.Connect your computer or mobile device to the COVR’s Wi-Fi. The default SSID (Wi-Fi name) and password are usually found on a label on the router or on the Wi-Fi Configuration Card included with the device.
2. Open a Web Browser: Launch a web browser on the device you connected to COVR’s Wi-Fi.
3. Enter the Web Address: Type http://covr.local into the address bar of your browser and press Enter. If this doesn’t work, you can try using the default IP address 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 for some models.
4. Log In to the Web User Interface: You’ll be prompted to log in. The default username is usually “admin” with no password or with “admin” as both the username and password. Check your device’s documentation if these credentials don’t work.
5. Follow the Setup Wizard: Upon first login, a setup wizard should start automatically. If it doesn’t, navigate to the ‘Setup’ or ‘Wizard’ section in the interface. The wizard will guide you through:
   • Internet Connection Type: Select your connection type (PPPoE, Dynamic IP, Static IP, etc.). If you use PPPoE, enter your ISP’s username and password.
